Getting Started
Welcome to SchoolGrid — your complete school management solution.
Logging In

Open your browser and go to
https://schoolgrid.proservices.pk

Click the "Login" button on the homepage

Enter your Username in the format:
schoolcode-username
Example: If your school code is kps and your username is admin, enter: kps-admin

Enter your Password (provided by your school administrator)

Click "Login" to access your dashboard
Note: If you're a student or parent, use the login credentials provided by your school. Head Office users should use the
Head Office Login.
Student Management
Manage complete student lifecycle from admission to graduation.
Add New Student
- Go to Students → Add New
- Fill in personal details (name, DOB, gender, etc.)
- Enter guardian information
- Select class and section
- Upload student photo
- Click "Save"
View & Edit Students
- Go to Students → Student List
- Use filters to search by name, class, or roll number
- Click View icon to see full profile
- Click Edit icon to modify details
- Print student profile from the view page
Promote Students
- Go to Students → Promote
- Select the current class and section
- Check students to promote
- Select target class and section
- Click "Promote Selected"
Struck Off / Withdrawn
- Go to Students → Struck Off or Withdrawn
- View all inactive students
- Re-activate if needed
- Track reason and date of leaving

Important: Student data is isolated per school. Each school can only see its own students.
Fee Management
Complete fee collection, structure management, and financial reporting.
- Go to Fee → Structure
- Create fee heads (Tuition, Admission, Lab, etc.)
- Set amounts per class/section
- Configure monthly or term-based fees
- Add transport and stationery fees if applicable
- Go to Fee → Collect Fee
- Search student by name or roll number
- Select fee months/period
- Check the fee heads to collect
- Enter payment amount and method (Cash/Bank/JazzCash)
- Click "Collect" to process payment
- Print receipt automatically
- Fee Slips: Generate and print fee challans
- Defaulters: View students with outstanding dues
- Monthly Reports: Collection summary by month
- Discount: Manage fee discounts and waivers
- Arrears: Track overdue payments

Attendance
Daily attendance tracking with color-coded reports.
Taking Attendance

Go to Attendance → Take Attendance

Mark each student as Present, Absent, Late, or Leave

Viewing Reports
- Go to Attendance → Report
- Filter by date range, class, or student

Create exam types (Monthly, Mid-term, Final, etc.) with dates and subjects
Enter Results
Enter marks for each student per subject. Auto-calculates totals and percentages
DMC Printing
Generate and print detailed marks cards for students
Creating an Exam
- 1 Go to Exams → Exam Types
- 2 Click "Add Exam"
- 3 Enter exam name, date range, and select subjects
- 4 Set total marks and passing marks
- 5 Click "Save"
Entering Results
- 1 Go to Exams → Enter Results
- 2 Select the exam and class/section
- 3 Enter marks for each student/subject
- 4 Click "Save Results"

Staff & Teachers

Adding Staff
- Go to Staff → Add New
- Fill in personal and professional details
- Assign role (Teacher, Accountant, Admin, etc.)
- Upload photo and documents
Salary Management
- Go to Salary → Salary List
- View monthly salary records
- Mark salary as paid
- Generate salary slips
Certificates
Generate official school certificates for students.
Generating a Certificate
- 1 Go to Certificates → List
- 2 Click "Generate Certificate"
- 3 Select certificate type and student
- 4 Review auto-filled information
- 5 Click "Print" to generate PDF

- Select class, section, and subject
- Enter assignment description and due date

Frequently Asked Questions
Contact your school administrator. They can reset your password from Settings → User Logins. Default password is school123.
Yes! SchoolGrid is fully responsive and works on all devices including smartphones and tablets.
Go to Classes → List, click "Add Class" to create a new class, then use "Sections" to add sections under it.
Go to Settings → Backup and click "Export Backup". Download the SQL file and store it safely. You can restore from this backup anytime.
Yes! Parents get their own login credentials. They can view attendance, results, fees, and homework for their children. Contact support to create parent accounts.
